Wenxin Gallery of Local Tax Bureau of Taichung City Government (Address: Floor 7, No. 99, Sec. 2, Wenxin Rd. Xitun Dist, Taichung City) is showcasing the paintings of "Love to Home Soil (Give Hope to Land)" in July 2013. This exhibition is open to the public from 8:00 to17:00 everyday between July1and July 30(except weekends and National Holidays). Everyone is welcome to appreciate the artworks.

Painter Wu Fu-Wen (吳福文)graduated from Department of Fine Arts of National Taiwan Normal University and the Master-degree Program of Oklahoma Institute, USA. He is currently an art teacher at the Wei Tao High School (衛道中學). Emphasizing contemporary thinking, multiculturalism, local awareness, humane care, and personal style, Teacher Wu exhibits series of artworks, including Taiwan’s nostalgia series, care to Taiwan series, global warming series, and Taiwan's beautiful mountains and waters series. Through his paintings, Wu tells us his understanding of life and arts and his pursuitof beauty. He is good at both Chinese and Western paintings and his works will evoke your care and concern for homeland, humanities, and community.
