Taichung Tax Bureau is in charge of local taxation from Land Value Tax, to Land Value Increment Tax, House Tax, Vehicle License Tax, Deed Tax, Stamp Tax, Amusement Tax, and Special Taxation within Taichung City jurisdiction. The utilization of tax revenue should be planned for people’s needs , and “Service” is the key to conduct such work. The motivation to service is the foundation of service. Here, our motivation evolves with time, and the proactive service is technology based. The goal is to touch people’s heart. Recently we have been working on the AI customer service with complete functionality, the “Central Taiwan Taxation Video Chat Service”, Land Value Tax saving notification 2.0 for homestead, tax discount for social housing and public welfare landlords. All these benefits are based on the “Motivation to serve people”. In the future the Bureau shall constantly develop the service that is for our people, advance the service with time, create an easy local revenue taxation environment, and contribute to the most living friendly city.
