Applying E-Tax Payment Proofs to Protect Earth

(Taichung)According to the Taichung City Local Tax Bureau(TCLTB), to respond to the arrival of the electronic era, now the public can request their tax payment proofs via electronic means and after the successful applications, each year, they will have electronic tax payment proofs! Everyone is welcome to apply his/her e-proofs.
To reduce carbon emission and save energy, the electronization policy is promoted. For regular collection of users' license plate tax, house tax or land tax that is paid via ATM, credit cards, debit cards, saving accounts, telephone voice, the Internet or mobile payment app or long-term pre-defined transmission, no paper proofs will be mailed out. If later, e-mails are defined to send out proofs, please use a natural person certificate, industrial and commerce certificate, financial certificate, registered national health card or TAIWAN FidO to log in the local tax network to declare your tax (https://net.tax.nat.gov.tw), log on to the office website of the Bureau (http://www.tax.taichung.gov.tw) or visit the multifunctional services counter of each branch office of the Bureau in person to fill in the application form and give it to the staff at the counter.
The Bureau especially reminds the public that a verification letter will be sent out after the application and please complete the verification process by clicking on the link sent to the designated email address. Any failure to click on to the link in time will not complete the application process. Additionally, this application shall be submitted two months before the collection of each tax category and late applications will only be applicable for tax payment collections for the next term.
