Online declaration of tax forms achieves convenience and carbon reduction

(Taichung news) According to Local Tax Bureau, Taichung City Government, as of now the eTax Document Service (https://etd.etax.nat.gov.tw) provides 14 local tax-related online services, taxpayers can use Citizen Digital Certificate, Business Certificate, or the national health insurance card that has obtained online service registration.
The Local Tax Bureau further elaborated that the 14 online tax services include payment certificate for 6 types of taxes including house tax, land value tax, land value increment tax, deed tax, construction benefit fee, as well as deposit warrants for 5 taxes including house tax, land value tax, land value increment tax, deed tax, and 3 types of tax payment certificate or financial statement, including no overdue tax-related fines, property information and personal income information. For various application services, simply follow the website instructions to choose the appropriate certificate and complete the related forms in the right sequence, the system will send an email within an hour to notify the taxpayer to download the issued electronic document issued using the originally registered certificate (including tax documents and signature file. With digitization, citizens can now collect their tax documents without leaving the comfort of their home.
The bureau reminds taxpayers that the electronic documents issued by the website bear the same legal validity as that of the hard copy version issued by the bureau, therefore taxpayers can re-download the tax forms by uploading the signature file or enter the check code. In addition, they can also upload the acquired tax forms and signature files to the website to verify their validity. Everyone requiring such services is welcome to take advantage of the website.
