Notably, the bureau commits to delivering the requested information to people's homes on the next working day, eliminating the need for them to make multiple trips.

Director Shen further explained that the bureau is committed to creating a barrier-free environment to support r disadvantaged groups. It also has a priority service counter for people who come to the counter for business inquiries.
