The Local Tax Bureau said that the public can now conveniently enjoy online tax declaration services at home（website https://net.tax.nat.gov.tw）. If there is any mistake or cancellation of a deed, online application withdrawal (cancellation) is also available.
The Bureau further explained that after an application of deed tax is filed online, the declaration form and a copy of the deed both sealed, paid tax stamps and other proof documents shall be sent via email, fax, or regular mail to check whether or not there is any delinquency, An applicant can then print out the information and make the payment with given information of the name of person in charge. After the payment is made, the applicant can then proceed with the registration of ownership transfer of real estate at a land administration agency.
