By calling the toll free AI service number on Twilio Cloud at 0080-1857087, one can obtain information on local tax affairs.
According to the Bureau, the "AI Kerbe of the Local Tax Bureau of the Taichung City Government" smart customer service system was introduced in 2018 and as the first system in Taiwan to provide smart tax affair consultation services synchronically at the official website and on LINE. Via the "AI Kerbe of the Local Tax Bureau of the Taichung City Government" (https://ttihelpdesk4j.hithot.cc/Webhook/) or social media app of LINE@(ID：@taichungtax), taxpayers were able to consult on taxes for the house, land, vehicle license, land value increment, deed, amusement and stamp around the clock.
The Bureau further explained that in order to continuously improve service functions of the system, real-time tax and multi-turn dialogue services were likewise introduced. This year, to provide more diverse services, cloud AI toll free service call was newly added. At present, via phone calls (mainly Mandarin Chinese), Taichung Tax AI answers tax-related questions via voice services.
