（Taichung）According to the Local Tax Bureau of the Taichung City Government, the free hotline services for national and land taxation is now offering bilingual services in both Chinese and English at 0800-000321 starting from today !
The Bureau said that before there was only Chinese voice service available for national and local taxation and foreign nationalities need to call and pay to inquire about issues related to national and local taxation. To promote Taiwan's bilingual national policy and to improve overall taxation service efficiency, the Ministry of Finance has added English services to the free hotline. Foreign nationalities in Taiwan, can now select "2" for English service for their convenience, when calling the service hotline to be diverted to relevant agencies of the National Taxation Bureau or Local Tax Bureau.
Please call the free service hotline at or 04-22585000 and press 1 to contact the telephone customer service center and you will be assisted by the designated personnel.
