You can save a lot of trouble on transportation time and costs.

In addition, you make an inquiry of tax arrears for the land value increment tax and the deed tax online. Bring your relevant documents to any branch office of Local Tax Bureau and the branch office will check for you whether you have any tax arrears, so as to help speed up the process of your transfer of immovable property.
